Brazil dedicated servers?

Hello,
would like to find the best place for Brazil dedicated servers.
Require 1048 gbs of ssd, 16 gbs of ram. cPanel, plesk or vesta? What do you prefer and why?
Any info on NetShop-isp.com.cy server hosting solutions? Are they good? Other places?

Overall, NetShop isp is a great host that I would recommend. My site is always up and running. When I update my site, changes are immediately noticeable. Plus fully managed hosting - free/included.

For me, cPanel works great, prefer this control panel. Servers are reliable. Overall they're just a great web host. I am very satisfied with Netshop-isp.com.cy hosting solutions.

I find NetShop-isp.com.cy to be knowledgeable about web development. This host is very receptive to multiple web changes and all updates are handled promptly. All in all, I'm very pleased.

The advantage of being hosted with netshop-isp.com.cy is that I have not seen my site down for a long time.. thanks to their skillful team.
Account comes with preloaded cPanel, mySQL, php ... and everything that I ever needed out of a host. FTP is super fast, and website always up.
