Backlink is a link one website gets from another website.

A backlink is a link that points from one domain to the other. For the website that links out it is called an “outbound link” and for the website that receives the link, it is called an “inbound link”. Backlink help search engine bots discover links to your site and crawl our website effectively

Some terms used in backlinks : –

Link juice– When a web page links to any website’s page, it transmits “Link Juice”. The link juice is helpful for ranking article.

No-follow Link– These type of links are not used for ranking of a webpage and don’t pass link juice.

Do-follow Link– These links passes link juice. All the links that add to a blog post are known as do follow links.

Linking Root Domains– The quantity of backlinks that are getting from a unique domain into a website.

Low-Quality Links– The links from spam sites, and automated sites are Low-quality links and make a more bad effect on the websites.

Internal links– It is also known as Inter Linking. The links from the same Domain moving from one page to another page are called Internal Links.

Anchor text- To rank for the particular keywords anchor text backlinks are used. Anchor text is a text used for make hyperlinks to rank for the special keywords.
