How do I fix 500 internal server error in WordPress?

Here are some of the ways to fix the 500 internal server error :

1. Reload the Page:​

2. Clear the browser cache:​

3. Check with your hosting provider:​

As soon as you find a 500 error, it's always a good idea to connect with your hosting provider as mainly it may be from their end that some technical issue might have occurred, and they might be working on it, so that's why you might be facing the 500 error.

4. Check with your plugins and themes:​

If you are using mediator plugins or themes, this can also cause 500 internal errors. Well, you can easily fix this by deactivating all your plugins and themes make sure all your plugins are updated.

5. File permission check :​

Last but not least, always check file permission. Permission with your file and folder on your server may be the main element of 500 internal error. It is very much essential to have all directory and file permission correctly configured
