Hi,

To set up an email address with your own domain name, you will need to perform the following steps:

  • Register a domain name: First, you will need to register a domain name, which will serve as the address for your website and email. You can register a domain name through a domain registrar, such as GoDaddy or Namecheap.
  • Set up a hosting account: Next, you will need to set up a hosting account, which will allow you to store your website and email on a server that is accessible to the public. There are many hosting providers to choose from, such as Bluehost or HostGator.
  • Configure DNS settings: After setting up a hosting account, you will need to configure your domain's DNS settings to point to your hosting provider. This will allow your website and email to be accessible using your domain name.
  • Create email accounts: Once your domain is properly configured, you can create email accounts using your domain name. Most hosting providers will include email hosting as part of their package and will provide you with a web-based interface for managing your email accounts.
  • Set up email clients: To access your email, you will need to set up an email client, such as Microsoft Outlook or Apple Mail. You can use these clients to send and receive emails using your new domain name email address.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions.
