Classification
The term sleeping disorders includes a series of problems of different origins which the various forms of insomnia constitute only a part. Currently the most widely used system to classify and describe these disorders is that proposed by the American Sleep Disorders Association. According to this division there are three types of sleep disorders:
* The dipsomania, in which there is an alteration of the quantity, quality or sleep patterns;
* Parasomnias, characterized by abnormal behavior or path physiological events that occur during sleep;
* Sleep disorders secondary to medical and psychiatric Sprayable Sleep
